The Feel Luxury Boutique Hotel: Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your stay at The Feel Luxury Boutique Hotel and set out the agreement between you and the hotel management.

1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Standard Check-in	14:00 hrs (2:00 PM)
Standard Check-out	12:00 hrs (12:00 PM)

* Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please arrange with the hotel management in advance.

2. Child Policy

The charges below are applied based on the meal plan booked (Full Board - FB, Half Board - HB, Bed & Breakfast - BB). Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.

Ages 1–5 years: Free of charge when sharing the parents’ room and utilizing the meal basis booked (FB/HB/BB).
Ages 6–11 years (Net per child):
- Full Board (FB): LKR 3,000
- Half Board (HB): LKR 2,500
- Bed & Breakfast (BB): LKR 2,000

3. Payment Policy & Confirmation

To confirm and secure your reservation, the following payment schedule applies:

Advance Payment

A mandatory 50% advance payment of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation confirmation.

Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be settled upon arrival at the hotel (during the check-in process).

4. General

Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The hotel management is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas.
Any damage caused to the hotel property or furnishings by a guest will be chargeable to the guest.
The management reserves the right to amend or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
